WHO IS LHHCP ORGANISATION?

LINDINJABULO HELPING HAND COMMUNITY PROJECT is a National registered Non Profit Section 18A Charities Organisation With Department of Social Development on the 27^th February 2019, and also a Public Benefit Organisation registered with Exemption Unit on the 6^th December 2019, and also registered with Central Supplier Database on the 28 August 2021, and the Organisation was established for SKILLS DEVELOPMENT & EMPOWERMENT, JOB CREATION for People Living With Disabilities from age of  17- 59 years, then Youth from age of 17- 45 years, and we also Empower Woman who has face Gender Based Violence.

Our mission is to Create Jobs for the communities that leaves with Disabilities life time. But all we start providing them with different Skills Training. We have done our researches over most of available Organisations, who are dealing and helping People Living With Disabilities they do hand outs and provide with the Training and hand out certificates after they don’t provide them with the Jobs, they just hand them certificates and let them go and, most of People who are Living with Disabilities have so much Certificates and they leave their life’s depending on Learner-Ships and can’t have any permanently jobs due to disabilities but LHHCP is the home of People Living with Disabilities.

LHHCP vision is to provide a platform for the inspiration and helping hand of all Disabled Community helping them with skills and provide jobs for them. At the same time with a vision of fighting poverty killing the stigma that has been instilled to all disabled people,  that once you become Disabled or born with Disability you have to Raleigh on begging on streets. Our vision is to see Disabled Community, managing to provide themselves with their own hands and be bread winners in their families.

Our Services

  The strategic objectives of LHHCP is to ensure the provision of comprehensive, integrated, Sustainable and quality service against vulnerability disability and poverty and to create an Enabling environment for sustainable development in partnership with those committed To building a caring society. We work hand in hand with Department of Social Development on Disability Beneficiaries and Education Department on Teaching handicapped and living with Disabilities on Empowering them with hand skills.

• LHHCP work hand in hand with People Living with Disabilities from offices to workshops that is The organisation first priority to work hand in hand give them all opportunities that they Deserve in the world, as most of times there are not given all opportunities to them but to Us there will be our first priority to be given jobs, work shopped of this type of hand-works.

• LHHCP Organisationwe work Full time with People Living With Disabilities From age of 17-59 years old, Women and Youth from age of 18-45 years old. As LHHCP Organisation we only intake People living with disabilities who are able to work use their hands even though there are in wheelchairs we accept them.

• Ceramic works: the organisation is providing with Services of Skills Training of Ceramics works of different, and and we Manufacture and Create them that is our daily work in the organisation. 

• Fashion Design and Sewing: We are Manufacturing and creating Fashion Of Different Designs, and at the same time we also Provide with the Skills Empowerment Development to those who are interested in Fashion Designing Creation too.

• SkillsEmpowerment and Development to most upcoming Youth and Women Especially to those who were less fortunate in Education, and try minimize a Gender Based Violence to Women due to UN-employment and Poverty and turn LHHCP a home of  People living with Disabilities and make sure that they see the importance of themselves in the  And it will help the Organisation to carry out and promote Ubuntu in our Community and Improvement of education practical responsible national, and importance of introducing Skills Programmes in Schools at early age.

• Baking Catering and Decor: we are Providing with Cooking and Food preparations Healthy and Safety Skills Empowerment Training, and as Organisation we are Doing baking and provide Catering Services for occasions and events too in order for the organisations to be able to raise funds too and have a sustainability of its Services.

• Vinyl Screen Printing and Branding: We are providing with Skills Empowerment Development Training and also the organisation provides with these services in order to keep the Service and programmes going on at all times and Creating Jobs For our Beneficiaries and Communities and raising funds continuously.

• Upholstery Manufacturing & Repairs: We provide with Skills Development Training and we also Manufacture our own Different Products and we do Repairs too, and our Products are being soldTo public and also in companies and promote the work of the Organisation.

• Computer Skills Programming and Repairs:We provide with Computer Skills Empowering Development Training from usage of computer and Programming, Rebuilding, Upgrading, networks and Repairing computers, also the organisation we are also providing these services to the Public and Private Companies too.

• Manufacture of furniture: we Provide with Skills Empowerment Training, and also Manufacture, and Repair beds, Bedroom Suits,room dividers fitted war-drops fitted kitchen Cabinets and Coffins and Cupboards

LHHCP is fighting to be the best Organisation and Centre where people with disabilities and Youth and School leavers and those  who are less fortune in archiving in matric, will attended training and at the same time will offer them jobs that will sustain their life’s, one of our week-long educational retreats designed to meet their special needs and interests.

Our organization is a first of educational facility dedicated to people with disabilities and the only facility of its kind in the province that does not discriminate on the basis of the type or degree of disability. As a result we welcome individuals with multiple disabilities and those deemed medically fragile, many of whom would be denied opportunities in Companies, Skills that involve educational experience at other facilities. Our participants come from all over South Africa, and almost half call from Gauteng area “home of LHHCP.”

LHHCP  brings together people who are Determind hungry and have ego to work and earn a living through their hands. We create  productive Communinty, Women, Youth and  People  living with Disability, becoming productive citizens by providing them with skills and working environment where they feel challenged and loved, respected, and accountable as they strive to meet the demands of their goals and dreams. The Organisation have staff of approximately more than 50 employees and also utilize several volunteers each year who play a vital role in the organization.
